Dina Meyer is an American actor who has been in comparison to Rosamund Pike. Her debut came on TV on the show in 1993. Her performances such as Dizzy in Starship Troopers and Jane in Johnny Mnemonic, Kara in Dragonheart and as the role of Detective Allison Kerry were well received. Future actress, born 22nd December 1968 from Queens New York. Her father was the owner of a shop for cars while her mother ran the household and raised Dina along with two other sons. Since the age of a child she was an avid dancer. When she was nine, her parents enrolled her into a dancing class. These skills were useful when she later auditioned to play roles. Dina was given the lead role in the film of Forest Whitaker's Strapped. The same year the popular show for children Beverly Hills 90210 gave her the role of Lucinda Nicholson. In 1995 she played one of Keanu Reeves' main characters, Johnny Mnemonic. In 1996 she co-starred with Dennis Quaid in the adventure fantasy Dragonheart. She didn't shy away from TV, and was featured in three episodes as Joey's lover. In addition, she appeared in Ally McBeal Barry Sonnenfeld's Secret Agent Man Six Feet Under, and The Outer Limits. Dina's success in combining TV and long-term projects in the late 90s/early 2000s was apparent. In 1997, she co-starred alongside Denise Richards in Paul Verhoeven's incredible action Starship Troopers; in 1999 Lou Diamond Phillips became Dina's co-stage partner in the horror Bats.
